Complex #1 “Rioni Sturgeon Plant”

Immovable assets:

• Land owned 60 Hectares.
• Buildings and structures on the site – more than 10,000 sq.m,
• Hatchery and fry workshop with production capacity of several hundred thousand sturgeon fry annually.
• Caviar production.
• Water supply from the Rioni River with a volume of 2 m3/second. There are pressure and non-pressure wells – 50 l/s.

- The plant is located on a private island on the Rioni River, 14 km from Kopitnari International Airport (Kutaisi), 4 km from the highway, 4 km from the railway station.

• Video surveillance and security. The entire area is completely fenced.

Complex #2 “Admiral”: tourist complex, aquaculture, production of sturgeon and salmon caviar

  Immovable assets:

• Land owned 2,5 Hectares.
• Aquaculture, containing buildings and hydraulic constructions - 5964 m2.
• Water supply from the Algeti River, Algeti Reservoir, water flow from 2-10m3/second.
• Brand store.
• Hotel. Restaurant (80% ready).
• Chalet by the river and lake, completely newly renovated, furnished and all necessary equipment.

• 21 lakes up to 3.5 m deep each. The area of each lake is about 20 hectares.
