2. Business Listings

2.1 Scope

Bizquartz facilitates the advertisement and sale of businesses, franchises, assets, and licenses. Listings are created by business owners or authorized brokers/agents.

2.2 Seller Warranties

• All information in advertisements must be true, complete, and accurate.
• Bizquartz does not verify or audit listings.
• Sellers indemnify Bizquartz against any claims, losses, or damages arising from misrepresentation or inaccuracies.

2.3 Listing Categories and Fees

2.4 Broker/Agent Listings

• All negotiations, offers, and communications must go through Bizquartz, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

2.5 Buyer Conduct

• Buyers must use listing information solely for evaluating interest in acquisition.
• Direct contact with owners, staff, suppliers, or competitors without authorization is prohibited.
• Offers and negotiations must be submitted via Bizquartz.

3. Property Brokerage

3.1 Scope

• All property listings are managed in-house; Bizquartz does not operate as a marketplace.
• Listings are published and managed exclusively by Bizquartz Property Brokers.

3.2 Payment Disclaimer

• Payments must be made only to Bizquartz Commercial Brokers or Bizquartz Property Brokers.
• Bizquartz does not accept responsibility for payments made directly to agents or third parties.

3.3 Legal Compliance

• Property brokerage services are conducted under RERA-regulated licenses in Dubai.

4. Mortgage & Finance Lead Facilitation

4.1 Scope

• Bizquartz provides an informational channel for mortgage and finance services.
• Client leads are captured and connected to appropriate service providers.
• Bizquartz acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for loan approvals, financial outcomes, or advice.

4.2 Fees

• Services are chargeable on a case-by-case basis and are non-refundable.

5. Business Wanted

• Ads are created in-house for buyers seeking specific business opportunities.
• Purpose is to target sellers matching buyer requirements.
• Bizquartz does not operate a marketplace for this vertical.

6. Business Valuation

6.1 Scope

• Bizquartz provides professional business valuation services including financial analysis, market comparison, and asset evaluation.

6.2 Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
• Misrepresentation indemnifies Bizquartz against any claims, losses, or damages.

6.3 Fees

• Chargeable and non-refundable unless agreed in writing.

6.4 Limitation of Liability

• Bizquartz does not guarantee financial outcomes or sale prices.
• Liability for direct, indirect, or consequential losses is expressly excluded.

7. Business Formation

7.1 Scope

• Services include business registration, licensing, setup, and advisory in the UAE.

7.2 Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate identification, business details, and documents.
• Responsible for compliance with UAE laws.
• Bizquartz is not liable for delays or rejections caused by client errors.

7.3 Fees

• Services are chargeable and non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise.
• Government or licensing fees are additional and payable by the client.

7.4 Limitation of Liability

• Bizquartz does not guarantee approvals, licenses, or operational success.
• Clients indemnify Bizquartz for claims or penalties arising from misrepresentation or non-compliance.

8. Confidentiality

• All information supplied by users is confidential.
• Users must not share details with third parties except professional advisors (banks, lawyers, surveyors).
• Upon completion of assessment or sale, all confidential documents must be returned or deleted.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, trademarks, and materials are owned or licensed to Bizquartz.
• Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

10. Liability Disclaimer

• Users agree to indemnify Bizquartz against claims, losses, costs, or damages arising from misuse, inaccurate information, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

By using Bizquartz services or website, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all these Terms and Conditions. Any violation may result in removal of access, legal action, and claims for damages.
