3. BROKERAGE FEES & DEVELOPER COMMISSIONS

   4. All commissions are non-refundable once paid and due upon completion or receipt of relevant payments.

   1. All property listings and projects associated with Bizquartz Properties LLC and its developer partners may be published across online portals, marketing platforms, and digital advertising channels to promote and generate buyer interest.
   2. By engaging with Bizquartz Properties LLC, developers authorize the use of their listings, project images, and details for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   3. The company ensures all marketing complies with RERA advertising regulations and UAE media laws.

5. CLIENT & DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES

   All clients and developers are required to:

   1. Provide accurate and complete information about property ownership, approvals, pricing, and availability.
